Acceptable Use Policy

MakeMyTrend is a face-image and face-swap product. Because it processes photos of real people, the following uses are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate content removal, account termination, and — where required — reporting to law enforcement.

Consent and identity

Do not upload photos of any person without their clear, informed consent.
Do not upload photos of minors, or generate imagery depicting minors, in any context.
Do not impersonate real people to deceive, defame, or harass.
Do not create deepfakes intended to mislead viewers about who a person is or what they said or did.

Sexual and intimate content

No sexual, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content of any kind.
Absolutely no sexual content depicting real people, minors, or persons who cannot legally consent.
No non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn"), nudification, or similar content.

Harm, hate, and illegality

No content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against individuals or groups.
No hateful content targeting protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.).
No content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
No content designed to defraud, scam, or deceive others.

Platform integrity

Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass rate limits, safety systems, or paid features.
Do not use the Service to build a competing dataset or model.
Do not abuse credits, exploit bugs, or use the Service in a way that damages performance for others.

Consequences

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement when we believe a violation has occurred. Report abuse to [email protected].
