Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using MakeMyTrend ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by RoadToWorld L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us"), established in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (and at least 13, or 16 where applicable) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Description of the Service
MakeMyTrend is an AI image generation product. You can upload photos, choose a trend or style, and generate transformed images using third-party AI models.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Credits, payments, and subscriptions
Generating images consumes credits. Credits and subscriptions can be purchased through Stripe. Subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Purchases and credits are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. User content and rights
You represent that you own or have all necessary rights and consents for any photos you upload. You retain ownership of your uploaded photos and generated images. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service to you.
8. AI output disclaimer
Outputs are generated by AI and provided "as is". They may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unexpected results. You are responsible for how you use generated content.
9. Prohibited uses
See the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or account termination.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or the AUP. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
